How to Raise a Complaint

The doctors and clinical staff at Northway Clinic are committed to providing high quality healthcare to patients and will do whatever they can to make sure you get prompt, fair and proper treatment.

If you are not happy with your treatment, or any other matter connected with the services you receive, you can make a complaint or a suggestion to improve our services.

Often the quickest way of resolving a concern is by raising it directly with a member of staff as soon as you can.  They will attempt to deal with the matter as quickly as possible.  You can also contact the Clinic’s Manager in order to discuss your concerns.  You can complain in writing, by email or by phone.
