Interpreting Service

Our clinicians and support staff speak multiple languages and are always happy to help patients who have difficulty communicating in English. If we don’t speak your language, then an interpreting service is available for a small charge. This includes interpreting for people who are deaf.

We do not allow children to act as interpreters during your appointments. 

A receptionist dealing with your appointment will arrange an interpreter. To make sure we can support you effectively we need you to do certain things so please do let us know you need interpreting help as soon as possible. Preferably, this should be as soon as you make an appointment.

Professional Telephone/ Video interpreting (up to 15min) costs £35

British Sign Language Interpreting (up to 15 min) costs £50
